This could possibly be one of the best cake you will ever try! It is so rich and moist, and is just sweet enough, I absolutely loved it, It can be the regular vanilla tres leches with a kik of dark Rum and vanilla frosting or chocolate and baileys tres leches with coffe frosting or strawberry and berry rum with berry frosting.

Rich fruity dessert (not a cake) an amazing combination of  cheese, cream, pinapple and specialty cookies topped with pecan chips.  Just delicious and very innovative.

This is an old family recipe of chocolate bundt cake where Flan (Mexican Caramel Custard) is incorporated to the chocolate bundt cake giving you the best of the two flavors and textures, topped with "Cajeta"  (Mexican caramel topping) and pecan chips.
